The ever popular SMSF Strategies Pension and Reserve Kits – now supplemented by the SMSF Strategies Investment Strategy Kit are to move online on 1 July 2011 – never to be seen again.  Owners of the Kits – which provide a firm of accountants or financial planners with the wherewithal to complete multi-pension, reserve and  investment strategies across their client base, will be provided with technical support for a minimum two year period. 

The online version of the pension, reserve and investment strategy documentation will be charging fess between $55 - $195 for the creation of a wide range of documents including contributions reserves, pension roll backs, auto-reversionary pensions, SMSF Wills, multi-asset investment strategies, pension reserves, non-lapsing binding death nominations and so much more.
 

As we have already said the three SMSF Strategies Kits – the Pension, Reserves and Investment Strategy Kit will exist no-longer from 1 July 2011 and will be replaced with an online SMSF document service.  However it is not too late to get one or more of the Kits at a discounted package price before the end of the 2011 financial year.

The normal fee for each Kit, which includes technical support and free upgrades to at least 1 July 2013 is $1,495.  So for the three Kits the fee is 3 x $1,495 = $4,985. 

This fee can easily be recovered within weeks of acquisition by implementing a range of basic Contributions Reserves – a must for providing a way out of contributions cap problems, Investment strategies – mandatory for all SMSFs per the SIS Act 1993 and ATO rulings, Minimum pension calculations and notifications as well as Pension roll-backs to minimise any outflow of concessionally taxed pension benefits due to minimum pension valuation factors.

But – as these are the last weeks for these three Kits we are offering a package fee for the acquisition of two of more Kits.   As noted buy one Kit – Pension, Reserve or Investment Strategy for $1,495 and add any additional kit for $995 which includes technical support and free upgrades until 2013.
